Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in any discipline having good in spoken English.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet all incoming and departing clients and visitors with a warm positive, helpful attitude.
∎ Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
∎ Keep front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary material
∎ Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes
∎ Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
∎ Respond to routine correspondence follow-up for all correspondence.
∎ Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
∎ Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and Composing
∎ Other tasks as and when given by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 32 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
