Educational Requirements:
∎ The candidate should have Masters / Post Graduation in any discipline with minimum 2nd class/ division or CGPA 2.50 or equivalent result in all academic examinations

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serves patients by greeting and helping them, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records and accounts
∎ Keeps patient appointments on schedule by notifying providers of patient’s arrival, reviewing service delivery compared to schedule, and reminding providers of service delays
∎ Comforts patients by anticipating patients’ anxieties, answering patients’ questions, and maintaining the reception area.
∎ Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information.
∎ Protects patients’ rights by maintaining confidentiality of medical, personal, and financial information
∎ Processing billing and payments, using software
∎ Comforting distressed patients – this may range from simply fixing any appointment issues that may arise, to being the voice of comfort during times of extreme stress and emergency.
∎ Coordinating with other departments within the hospital to ensure that patients are able to receive the care they need
∎ Utilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for our patients
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
