Job Context:
∎ We are seeking an experienced React Developer to join our dynamic team. As a React Developer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing user interface components and creating a seamless, visually appealing, and responsive user experience. You will collaborate closely with our product and design teams to translate design specifications into functional code.
∎ Location: C-1, 1st Floor, Rabbee House, CEN (B) 11 Rd 99, Dhaka 1212.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop high-quality and efficient front-end code using React.js and related libraries.
∎ Collaborate with designers and product managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
∎ Design, develop, and maintain user interfaces for web applications, ensuring cross-browser and cross-platform compatibility.
∎ Optimize application components for maximum performance and scalability.
∎ Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
∎ Troubleshoot and debug issues, and implement solutions in a timely manner.
∎ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development.
∎ Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
∎ Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
∎ Collaborate with the quality assurance team to ensure the delivery of bug-free software.
∎ Continuously improve your skills and stay updated on emerging web technologies.
∎ Contribute to the development of coding standards and best practices within the team.
∎ Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when needed.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 20 years
∎ Proven experience as a React Developer or similar role.
∎ Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related web technologies.
∎ Experience with React.js and its ecosystem, including Redux or Context API.
∎ Knowledge of responsive web design and cross-browser compatibility.
∎ Familiarity with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
∎ Understanding of state management in React applications.
∎ Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 40000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable.
