∎ BBA/Diploma in any discipline
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To plan for inventory-IQC-production schedules according to data of commercial, marketing and IE. In addition, material requirements have to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials to meet production requirements.
∎ To plan along with production and process department for Machine, Tools and Consumable items
∎ To work pro-actively, on a daily basis, with the manufacturing supervisors, procurement and other departments.
∎ To evaluate production statistics and their impact to the production schedule. Report major variances from plan to appropriate management personnel along with a course correction action plan for managing issues as they arise.
∎ To revise plan when necessary.
∎ To review safety stock levels for purchasing material and manufactured products on a monthly basis and to recommend for best practice stocking strategies.
∎ To analyze production model closing report and finalize the material quantity need of order for providing maximum output.
∎ To perform physical counts of stock faulty, reusable material and preserve this for future use.
∎ To follow up commercial team for FOC materials.
∎ To share daily report to superior & factory operations team.
∎ To monitor material performance and evaluate material deterioration.
∎ Performing other duties as assigned by the department Manager.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Must have experience on Planning Good hands in computer (Specially excel), and different planning Software.
∎ Good Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing, Capacity Planning, Six Sigma, Recovery Planning, Production Simulation & Resource Planning etc.
∎ Capability to work under pressure
