Experience Requirements:

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Real Estate
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare reports on project development works and follow-up regularly.
∎ Ensure Quality of construction works as per SOP as well as quality of materials as per Standard Field Test and as well Laboratory Test.
∎ The individual will monitor & development all the project's safety-security efficiently. Every project construction works must comply with the safety-security code.
∎ Arrange safety trainings and develop project safely aspects.
∎ Ensure the cleanliness of all the project.
∎ Ensure the quality of finishing works of assigned projects.
∎ Prepare observation reports and assessment of the project prior to handover the project with zero- defect.
∎ Check project structural members as per inspection report requirement and recommend before casting.
∎ The individual will get the effective steps to control & monitor wastage and do necessary recommendations.
∎ Responsible for the periodically development of QC checklist with modern and east concept.
∎ Responsible for preparing the Market Survey regularly.
∎ Monitor Monthly progress report of Engineering & Construction Department as well as master program and do necessary presentation and report making.
∎ Check Bills and Notes on quality aspects and prepare necessary reporting.
∎ Take initiative to arrange meeting programs with Project Engineers to enhance their capacity on Quality & Compliance aspects and do regular monitoring and develop of new module of quality & compliance aspects.
∎ Responsible for Interdepartmental coordination to assist and develop quality & compliance goal to all individuals.
∎ All sorts of documentation works as per requirement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Core Knowledge on Structural Design.
∎ Basic knowledge on BOQ.
Salary: Negotiable
