∎ 2 to 6 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Metal, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Quality Control Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality of Refrigerator, Refrigerator cabinet forming machine, AC, TV, HAP, KAP, EAP Sheet metal QC & Slitting project.
∎ Analyze monthly top defect tends and upgradation to reduce defects (Manual & Software).
∎ Product testing & comparative analysis.
∎ Verification and reliability testing of cycle parts e.g., condenser, evaporator, roll bond evaporator etc.
∎ Quality assurance of sheet metal and other metallic parts e.g., side panel, back panel, door sheet, under sheet, inner sheet, fasteners, hinge, tube etc.
∎ BOM, Process Planning, SOP preparation, Cost Optimization.
∎ Conduct training for skill development and section audit.
∎ Market failure analysis of sheet metal, glass, tube, brazing/welding joint, evaporator, condenser, vacuum metallization/powder/metal coated parts.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Experience in verification and reliability testing of metallic parts.
∎ Experience in quality assurance of sheet metal and other metallic parts.
∎ SOP/Protocol preparation.
∎ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Project
