Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 32 years
∎ Experience in Home Appliances Products (Washing Machine, Gas Stoves, Induction Cookers, Rice Cookers, Cookware, Iron, Geysers etc.) will get preference.
∎ Experience in Product QA and/or R&D is encouraged to apply.
∎ Lead Auditor certification on ISO 9001:2015 and Lean Six Sigma black belt certification may add value.
∎ Technical documentation skill
∎ Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
∎ Experience in Home Appliances Products (Washing Machine, Gas Stoves, Induction Cookers, Rice Cookers, Cookware, Iron, Geysers etc.) will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for ensuring Quality Assurance Standard practice in Home Appliances Product manufacturing.
∎ Ensuring Quality Management System practice according to ISO 9001:2015 standard.
∎ To be an expert on data analysis to identify and resolve production quality issues using QC tools and techniques and other statistical tools like MSA, SPC etc.
∎ Develop Quality strategy & planning to ensure continuous improvement and to achieve quality targets.
∎ Responsible for managing materials PSI, IQC and OQC jobs to ensure 100% defect free product delivery.
∎ To perform supplier quality audits and evaluate supplier performance according to quality parameters.
∎ All the QA related jobs for new product development to ensure successful product launching.
∎ To manage material and product reliability tests according to product specifications and SOPs.
∎ Performs quality audits and reports findings to the Honorable Management.
∎ Warranty fault analysis and respective improvement initiative.
∎ To train employees to perform efficiently, to be good on process-based root cause analyzer and problem solver.
∎ As per management instructions related to quality.
∎ Market visit and service Quality related jobs.
