∎ Expertise in measurement system, excel, AutoCAD, Solidworks and Laboratory Management.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Overseeing the calibration, testing, improving and maintaining of precision instruments and equipment used in measurement processes.
∎ Ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
∎ Scheduling and assigning tasks for technicians and staff.
∎ Ensuring the use of proper measurement techniques and standards in process.
∎ Ensuring the lab follows ISO/IEC 17025 or other relevant quality standards.
∎ Maintaining up-to-date documentation of calibration procedures and results of Lab and process testing facilities.
∎ Auditing lab and processes to ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standards.
∎ Developing skills of technicians to use metrology equipment and techniques.
∎ Managing the maintenance and repair of lab & Line equipment to prevent downtime.
∎ Recommending the purchase of new equipment and managing inventory in case of testing system.
∎ Preparing detailed calibration reports and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
∎ Managing customer relationships by providing reports, addressing issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
∎ Implementing new technologies or methodologies that improve the lab's and line's operations.
∎ Ensuring cost-effective operation without compromising quality.
∎ Ensuring the lab adheres to health and safety regulations, including proper handling of hazardous materials.
∎ Design of Fixtures and implementation.
