Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To follow up and upgrade Thermoforming process and PU foaming process parameter.
∎ To report and validate New Model Dimension and Reliability test.
∎ To report and validate PU foaming density, reliability test, CTQ and mold on liner aesthetical.
∎ Quality Monitoring & verification for Sheet Extrusion and Polymer processing.
∎ To follow up and upgrade Thermoforming process and PU foaming process parameter.
∎ To report and validate New Model Dimension and Reliability test.
∎ To report and validate PU foaming density, reliability test, CTQ and mold on liner aesthetical.
∎ Quality Monitoring & verification for Sheet Extrusion and Polymer processing.
