∎ vivo is a well-reputed Chinese Multinational Smartphone Assembly/Manufacturing Company. For the expansion of the operational work, we are looking for the position of Engineer (Quality) who has Excellent capability in technical skills as well as knowledge of smartphone electronics.

∎ Work Shift: 08:00:00 AM to 05:00:00 PM (including one hour break);
∎ Six days working (week off Friday)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Reviewing data collected during production runs to identify potential causes of defects or failures in order to make improvements to the manufacturing process
∎ Maintaining records of quality control measures and equipment maintenance schedules for all production lines
∎ Working with production staff to identify potential problems with the manufacturing process before they become serious issues
∎ Monitoring production lines to ensure that they are running smoothly and efficiently
∎ Conducting audits of production facilities to ensure that they are following company standards and complying with applicable regulations
∎ Launch New Model, audit New Process implementation and find out the loopholes
∎ Organize and cultivate QC team with team spirit, sense of ownership and responsibility, high efficiency and pragmatism, and excellent grassroots managers.
∎ According to the requirements of the guidance document, guide the completion of the inspection of raw materials, the supervision of the product manufacturing process, and the inspection of semi-finished products or finished products, to ensure that all kinds of unqualified products can be timely and effectively fed back, and the tracking is closed loop. Train and guide supervisor assistants to identify hidden problems and push the production department to improve the problem of insufficient execution.
∎ Learn and train new management concepts and inspection methods, optimize the QC supervision and inspection process, reduce the difficulty of QC work, and improve the effectiveness of QC supervision and inspection.
∎ Responsible for formulating and implementing QC's assessment and reward and punishment system, motivating subordinates to pursue excellent work results, actively collecting subordinates' opinions, and creating a happy and enterprising working atmosphere.
∎ Communicate with the relevant team members of the work interface from time to time to properly handle emergencies.
∎ Responsible for the process quality monitoring of the product mass production stage. Through the establishment (optimization) of abnormal alarm lines, alarm methods, statistical analysis, failure analysis, on-site improvement and other means, discover and control, deal with, promote process improvement and prevention of unqualified products, and ensure that product quality meets the target requirements.
∎ Responsible for the introduction and change review, verification and confirmation of the manufacturing process, equipment fixtures, and test plans in the mass production stage, and improve the review checklist.
∎ Take the lead in dealing with public affairs in the group, responsible for the improvement of systems and processes.
∎ Responsible for the improvement and prevention of problems related to the process in the market (including those raised by the warranty).
∎ Responsible for optimizing PQC, OQC inspection and sampling plan, improving inspection standards and inspection methods.

∎ Technical skills: Need to have good technical Skills on Mobile Factory
∎ Communication skills: Process engineers communicate with many people, including other engineers, managers. Need good English Communication skill
∎ Problem-solving skills: Problem-solving skills are essential for process engineers, as they are responsible for identifying and resolving issues in production processes.
∎ Attention to detail: Attention to detail is the ability to notice small changes in a process and understand their significance.
∎ Experience in Debate Club will be appreciated.
∎ Work experience in Robotics and publications will be given priority.
