Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Product Development, Quality Control/ Audit, Quality Inspection

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good understanding of quality management procedure and able to implement and maintain practices in the service area.
∎ Conduct daily audit and ensure proper hygiene & cleanliness of service area.
∎ Guide the service personnel to maintain the high standard of service.
∎ Should be capable to motivate the beautician & cleaner to achieve the desired outputs.
∎ Conduct direct client survey to understand customer satisfaction about our product & services.
∎ Continuously improves the quality of existing products.
∎ Conduct market survey and develop the new products.
∎ Others related job assign by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Presentable, Elegant, Lively, Pleasant personality
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Self driven ,Energetic and organized
∎ Disciplined and Proactive
∎ Good Decision making & Complaint handling ability

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 (Monthly)
