Job Responsibilities:
∎ As a construction Quality Control Manager, the requirement is to inspect a project before, during, and after construction to ensure compliance with all safety and quality specifications.
∎ Prepare project work instructions and "work method" documents for Quality Control which includes a description of the high-level method of construction of a project that may interface different disciplines such as Civil, Structural & Finishing.
∎ Need to prepare, take approval from Authority and distribute separate Construction Quality Control plans depending on project/scope requirements.
∎ Overall supervision, management and guiding executing body & work force to ensure quality during the implementation as per drawing, specification, and construction methodology.
∎ Confirming all types of required testing take place during the implementation of the Project. Carry out the regular quality test for materials (as per Project requirement).
∎ Ensuring that procedures and processes initiated and performed by project employees are done in accordance with safety procedures.
∎ Coordinate and lead project site meetings regarding Quality Control issues.
∎ Organize and maintain quality documentation for the project team and serving it appropriately to the client.
∎ Assist managing daily quality control project reporting, including timekeeping; environmental and permit compliance; daily QC reports.
∎ Ensure effective communication and coordination with all concerned.

∎ Brief knowledge of the Quality & Testing of Construction Materials will be preferred.
