Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
AC DC Motor, Electric motor, Fan Quality Control, Motor Controller, Quality Assurance/ Quality Control, Quality Control Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (Light Engineering & Heavy Industry)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure the conforming product to end customer
∎ To improve the overall quality rate of the factory
∎ Decision making of incoming raw materials based on testing & standard
∎ Reliability testing & decision making
∎ Failure mode & effect analysis of market return product
∎ Team building & influencing to source inspection
∎ Product development feedback to R&I Team
∎ To arrange external testing for product life cycle(as per requirement)
∎ Training & upgrade the quality team member about quality tools
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Candidate should have strong communication & leadership skill
∎ Candidate should have good command on Electronics Circuit
∎ Having knowledge on TQM, Lean, 5S, six sigma will get priority
∎ Relevant field experience candidate will get priority
Salary: Negotiable
