Responsibilities & Context:
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-line and final garment inspections (AQL).
Ensure product quality meets buyer standards and specifications.
Inspect fabric, trims, workmanship, measurements, and packaging.
Identify quality issues and follow up on corrective actions.
Coordinate with factories, merchandising teams, and buyers.
Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
Monitor production from pre-production to shipment.
Ensure compliance with buyer quality requirements.
Requirements:
3–5 years of QA experience in a garment buying house or export factory.
Strong knowledge of garment construction, AQL inspection, and buyer quality standards.
Good communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to factories as required.
