Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Development Construction Companies
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Progress reports under the supervision of the Chief Quantity Surveyor.
∎ Following up, monitoring, and recording the progress of daily site activities.
∎ Assisting and supporting Quantity Surveyors with Interim Payment Application preparation.
∎ Coordinating with the Construction Team and Quality Control Team for timely closure completion of supporting documents for interim payment applications.
∎ Assisting and supporting Quantity Surveyors during the Subcontractors' interim payment certification process.
∎ Coordinating with all departments to gather required data for report preparation.
∎ Any other task by Quantity Survey Team.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience as part of the Project Control and/or Quantity Survey Team.
∎ Strong skills in MS office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
∎ Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret project documents.
∎ Drafting various types of reports as per the Contract requirements.
∎ Must be able to work under strict deadlines.
∎ Smooth communication within the team & other departments.
∎ Good moral character, careful, honest.
Salary: Negotiable
