Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg)
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Preparing and reviewing contract documents, bills of quantities, cost estimates for civil construction projects;
∎ • Conducting daily site visits and inspections to assess the progress and quality of work;
∎ • Preparing and maintaining daily RFI report, progress reports, cost reports;
∎ • Preparing Contract agreement for Sub-Contractor;
∎ • Preparing Quantity Measurement for site works;
∎ • Conducting cost analysis and value engineering to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize project budgets;
∎ • Managing project budgets, cost control, and cash flow to ensure financial targets are met;
∎ • Collaborating with project managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure project delivery meets quality, cost, and time requirements;
∎ • Preparing IPC as per quantity of completed job/works.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ • Must be proficient in using Microsoft Office suites, especially Microsoft Excel;
∎ Excellent communication and coordination skills;
∎ • Strong analytical skills.
∎ • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary: Negotiable
