Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in Engineering in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: MICROSOFT OFFICE, Quality control, Quality Control Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Merchandising, OIL and GAS Transmission Pipeline, pipelines
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engineering standard and specification
∎ Have Knowledge for preparation of QA/QC documents
∎ Project Inspection and preparation of ITP
∎ Hydro test, Radiography test, NDT, PQR, WPS Welding Laboratory (Third Party)
∎ Welding Procedure and selection of best welding method
∎ Preparation of Method Statement, work procedure
∎ Execution plan
∎ NCR and Punch list
∎ Preparation of Quality plan, Procedure and objectives
∎ Quality surveillance
∎ Have Knowledge of electro code, heat shirk, internal clam, pipe laying, pipe warping tape casing pipe etc
∎ Have knowledge of automatic welding procedure
∎ Have knowledge of overcome inspection of defect renewal and welding
∎ Have Knowledge of internal audit
∎ Prepare, issuance and approval QA/QC reports and RFIs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
∎ Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
∎ Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
∎ Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
∎ Native level Bengali language ability.
∎ Business level English language ability.
