Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering
∎ Skills Required: Excellent operating skills over MS Office, Quality Control Assurance, Quality Control Management, Quality Control/ Audit
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
OIL and GAS Transmission Pipeline, pipelines
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Engineering standard and specification
∎ Have Knowledge for preparation of QA/QC documents
∎ Project Inspection and preparation of ITP
∎ Hydro test, Radiography test, NDT, PQR, WPS Welding Laboratory (Third Party)
∎ Welding Procedure and selection of best welding method
∎ Preparation of Method Statement, work procedure
∎ Execution plan
∎ NCR and Punch list
∎ Preparation of Quality plan, Procedure and objectives
∎ Quality surveillance
∎ Have Knowledge of electro code, heat shirk, internal clam, pipe laying, pipe warpping tape, casing pipe etc
∎ Have knowledge of automatic welding procedure
∎ Have knowledge of overcome inspection of defect renewal and welding
∎ Have Knowledge of internal audit
∎ Prepare, issuance and approval QA/QC reports and RFIs
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have relevant work experience in Pipeline Project
∎ Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.
∎ Good communication skills
