Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc), Diploma in Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning Construction Schedule using P-6.
∎ Drawing plans; using design software.
∎ Deciding on the most appropriate engineering techniques as per specification and standard and sequences of activities for each project stage.
∎ Ensuring plans meet the client's specifications.
∎ Making estimations for timescales and costs.
∎ Supervising the project at all stages and providing solutions to problems.
∎ Collaborating with Project Managers, engineers, surveyors, site worker and other professionals.
∎ Negotiating with vendors and contractors to secure the best prices.
∎ Organizing the transportation of materials.
∎ Ensuring procedures are carried out safely.
∎ Attending and scheduling meetings as per Project Manager Instruction.
∎ Delegating tasks and ensuring workers receive feedback.
∎ Understanding and meeting all contract requirements.
∎ Assist Project Manager when ever need assistance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with Primavera P-6.
∎ Experience with design software and 3D modeling software.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office.
∎ Planning and project management skills.
∎ Strong multitasking abilities.
∎ Strong analytical, critical, and logical thinking skills.
∎ A sound understanding of safety protocols.
∎ Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.
