∎ Quality Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in call quality and provide constructive feedback.
∎ Active Listening: Utilize active listening skills to assess communication and identify potential coaching opportunities.
∎ Psychological Analysis: Maintain a strong understanding of caller psychology to better analyse interactions and identify potential issues.
