Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in Engineering- (Electrical, Mechanical, IP etc)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 12 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Supporting implementation of the company's Quality Management System (QMS), including writing and review of associated policies and procedures for the company.
∎ Coordinating with Project Management Team to finalize the project quality specifications.
∎ Developing site QA/QC plan in accordance with all relevant specifications, codes and regulations.
∎ Facilitating and monitoring effective implementation of site QA/QC plan through meetings, reports, reviews, statistical trend analysis, surveillance and audits.
∎ Ensuring all project site employees are properly inducted and conversant with site QA/QC matters and requirements.
∎ Formulating quality assurance implementation and execution plans.
∎ Auditing the installations during construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of equipment and assure that the installation/performance are in accordance with specifications.
∎ Verifying the contractor's work quality regarding specifications, reports, code application, deliverables, and drawings.
∎ Continuous Review of the quality plan and make adjustments as required.
∎ Executing the Quality Assurance and Quality Control Inspection.
∎ Ensuring and monitoring the project quality plan implementation.
∎ Conducting internal quality audits for implementation of a Quality Management System.
∎ Ensuring compliance to local regulations, codes and standards.
∎ Providing the technical direction in implementing the project construction work processes, procedures, manuals and systems.
∎ Ensuring the contractors are building to the latest revision of the drawings, specifications and procedures.
∎ Coordinating the meetings with contractor as a QA/QC Representative.
∎ Participating in pre-commissioning and commissioning tests.
∎ Conducting site inspection meetings, assigning tasks, performance evaluation, issuance weekly and monthly progress reports.
∎ Checking all erected rotating equipment are aligned properly and free of damage before final bolting or grouting operations
∎ Ensure implementation of Quality Assurance Plan by the EPC Contractor and witness site inspections as required.
∎ Conduct internal audits and follow-up with proper documentation and corrective actions.
∎ Cross discipline coordination and support
∎ Provide support to the Construction Manager in dealing with the EPC contractor, sub-contractors and locals.
∎ Prepare reports for reporting to management, lenders, Lenders' Advisors and other agencies as may be required.
∎ Coordination with Government Authorities as needed.
∎ Any other task as assigned by the Construction Manager/ Management.
