Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Educational Qualification may be relaxed for an experienced candidate.
∎ Must be Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): QAQC Documentation

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Shall have good knowledge and experience on document preparation is a must.
∎ Shall have working experience in the construction industry/project.
∎ Good command of written and spoken English is a must.
∎ Working experience in a Document Controller position in any project will be an additional advantage.
∎ Shall be supportive to his team members for document preparation/ tracking/storing/controlling.
∎ Shall be proficient in Microsoft Office and other basic software.
∎ Shall have experience on document numbering/listing up/server update/document submission tracking etc.
∎ Experience in RFI Control.
∎ Assist in ensuring all documents are recorded as specified in the technical specifications.
∎ Self-motivated, able to work with a team of staff at different levels in a cooperative, pro-active & innovative manner.
∎ Candidate without above/related experience no need to apply.

Salary: Negotiable

∎ Salary Review: Yearly
∎ Festival Bonus: 2
∎ Regular work time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Saturday- Thursday).
