Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering
∎ Must be Fluent in English. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

∎ At least 6 year(s)

Specialist of Civil Engineering Works
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports and site instruction/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other QA/QC documents.
∎ Develop and determine all standards to perform inspection and tests on all procedures and oversee all testing methods and maintain high standards of quality for all processes.
∎ Assist with employees to ensure knowledge of all quality standards and ensure compliance to all quality manual and procedures and collaborate with contractors and suppliers to maintain the quality of all systems.
∎ Analyze all products and non-conformance processes and evaluate all documents to ensure the maintenance of optimal quality and prepare monthly reports to evaluate performance.
∎ Liaise the QA/QC Manager for submission of material submittals to consultant.
∎ Manage all work methods and maintain knowledge on all quality assurance standards and monitor continuous application for all quality assurance processes and recommend corrective actions for all processes.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ At least 6/8 years experience as QAQC (person familiar/ work with QMS/ Audit Inspection on priority) Engineer in the construction industry.
∎ Shall have knowledge on preparing quality control documents (Example: ITP, RFI, Method Statement, Checklists, Reports).
∎ Shall be familiar with Civil and Construction related International Codes and Standards. etc.
∎ Good skill in Microsoft Office Word / Excel/ Powerpoint/ MS Project etc.
∎ Innovative thinking processes and creative problem-solving skills.
∎ Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
∎ Good communication skills, professional and teamwork attitude.
∎ Preferable to have training or certification on Lead or Internal Auditor following QMS ISO 9001.
Salary: Negotiable

∎ Regular work time: 8:00 - 17:00 (Saturday- Thursday).
