Job Context:
∎ A renowned export-oriented woven-based garments industry (3 associates factories having 170 Sewing lines, exporting more than 4.5 Million pcs garments per month) located in Savar, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
∎ We are seeking an Officer for our Local Purchase Department for Factory who will responsible for all kinds of procurement For Vehicle Service

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective purchase of materials, supplies, and equipment.
∎ Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish relationships with vendors to ensure reliable supply.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to forecast procurement needs and ensure that materials, supplies, and equipment are ordered in a timely manner.
∎ Develop and maintain supplier relationships, negotiate favorable terms and conditions, and resolve any issues that may arise.
∎ Evaluate vendor performance based on cost, quality, and delivery and develop plans to improve supplier performance.
∎ Prepare reports on procurement activities, vendor performance, and market trends.
∎ Keep up to date with market trends, new products, and pricing changes to ensure that the company is competitive in its procurement activities.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Purchase/ Procurement, Supply Chain Planning.
∎ 05 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics roles, preferably in automotive industry.
∎ Experienced in development of different types source for spare parts & strong control mechanism in use of spare parts.
∎ Experienced in Different types of Engine,tire of Vehicle
