Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma Engineer (Automobile/ Mechanical) preferable

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Store inventory

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must be experienced in Vehicle spare Parts Purchase
∎ Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs.
∎ Research potential vendors.
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
∎ Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts).
∎ Conduct market research to identify pricing trends.
∎ Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices.
∎ Prepare cost analyses.
∎ Maintain updated records of invoices and contracts.
∎ Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change orders.
∎ Liaise with warehouse staff to ensure all products arrive in good condition.
∎ Good contacts with local vendors.
∎ Vendor comparison knowledge a must
∎ Must have extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, and entire suite of Microsoft Office programs.
∎ Must have a strong command of computers as you will be required to enter purchase orders, analyze inventory and purchasing data across various software systems.
∎ Execute other office processes and requirements as necessary including but not limited to routine office tasks, data entry, data formatting, spare parts analysis, purchasing analysis, project coordination, and many other tasks.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Able to operate accounting software, preferably Tally
∎ MS Excel must
∎ Hard working, energetic and honest
∎ Should have knowledge on Store/ Inventory

Salary: Negotiable
