∎ Responsibilities:
∎ Procure and source materials, goods, and services as needed to ensure the seamless operation of daily production activities.
∎ Negotiate for best price and execute contracts to secure favorable terms for the company.
∎ Create purchase orders and manage all related documentation.
∎ Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, delivery, and adherence to agreements & Monitor market trends and research potential suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
∎ Update vendor database on a regular basis.
∎ Prepare monthly purchase reports.
∎ Responsible for maintain daily inventory of all products and place orders as needed.
∎ Track orders and ensure timely delivery of all products
