∎ Applicants must have a background in public representation, and experience with developing, leading, and maintaining marketing strategies that be relevant to public relations.
∎ Proficient in MS Office and social media·
∎ Familiarity with project management software and video/photo editing is a plus·
∎ Strong communication ability (oral and written)·
∎ Excellent organizational skills·
∎ Ability to work well under pressure·
∎ Creativity and problem-solving aptitude Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Developing PR strategies and campaigns·
∎ Oversee PR activities and ensure effective communication with stakeholders and the public.
∎ Build strong relationships and networks with clients / Customers and answer inquiries from them.
∎ Meeting with potential customers in all over Bangladesh.
∎ Studying the organization's objectives, promotional policies, and needs to build public relations strategies that influence public opinion, ideas, and services.
∎ Follow up and establish personal contact and trust aimed at increasing the company's recognition.
∎ Monitor company presence on social media and customer relationships and continuous connection with customer database.
∎ Providing timely report to senior management regarding business Projection and performance.
∎ Prepare regular client reports and attend client meetings.
∎ Serve as the primary point of contact for external communication efforts, including responding to inquiries from the public, stakeholders, and partners.
∎ Coordinate external communication campaigns and initiatives to promote our organization's mission and objectives.
∎ Able and willing to work under pressure and meet the challenges.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management.
