∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning & organizing meeting as per direction of departmental head and prepare minutes of meeting.
∎ Daily branch/company/SBU report collection & analysis.
∎ Daily legal report collection & follow-up.
∎ Attendance report collection of all sister concern of Rupayan Group & follow-up.
∎ Response to email on daily basis.
∎ Attending construction meeting & follow-up.
∎ Communicate with all departments as per instruction of departmental head.
∎ Coordinate protocol and other logistical supports to all VIP guest.
∎ Administrative activities as per instruction from departmental head.
∎ Confidentially deal all important case.
∎ Project visit if needed and follow-up.
∎ Any other task given by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong oral and written communication both in Bangla & English
∎ Should have advance computer knowledge.
∎ Proficiency in MS Office is mandatory.
∎ Desire to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure.
∎ Ability to cope with constant changes.

Salary: Negotiable
