Education:
- Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with a Bachelor (Hon’s) Degree in Psychology. Minimum CGPA/GPA should be at least 4 out of 5 / 3 out of 4 at every stage of education.

- Excellent communication skills in Bangla & English (Both oral & written).
- Having 3-5 years of experience in the field of psychological counseling to students/ young people. Having experience in a University in the relevant field will be an added advantage.
- Having proven record to manage the issues relating to psychological counseling to students/young people in an efficient and effective manner.
- An ideal candidate should be social and amiable in nature and possess strong negotiating skill and natural ability to convince others.
- S/he should have strong mindset to take new initiatives/challenges and to devise new & innovative ideas for achieving the goal.
- Candidate's age should not exceed 35 years.
- Conditions may be relaxed for the extraordinary qualified candidates.
