Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/Graduate from any reputed University.
∎ Having IELTS 6.5 will be preferred.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
∎ Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the Principal.
∎ Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
∎ Organizing events and conferences.
∎ Reminding the Principal of important tasks and deadlines.
∎ Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence.
∎ Managing databases and filing systems.
∎ Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems.
∎ Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients.
∎ Miscellaneous tasks to support the Principal.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Must have computer Skills(Ms word, excel, PPT)
∎ excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
∎ good organizational and time-management skills;
∎ energy, enthusiasm, stamina, patience, dedication, resilience and self-discipline;
∎ initiative, leadership and supervisory skills and team working abilities;
∎ imagination, creativity and a sense of humor,
∎ good judgment and an analytical mind,
∎ a satisfactory health record
∎ It's helpful if you have additional skills in areas such as:
∎ art
∎ community and modern languages
∎ drama
∎ music
