Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors'/ Masters from any discipline.
∎ BBA / MBA from any reputed UGC-approved institute with sound English knowledge of written & verbal.
∎ Any degree and certificate on Secretarial Science is preferable.

∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting the honorable Executive Director in managing all daily affairs of office.
∎ Arrangements of foreign trips/VISA processing, all types of official/ business correspondence related to the Secretariat.
∎ Remind all agenda's relating to any type of trip/visits, VIP guest arrival, meeting fixation/cancellation, document preparation/submission/delivery, mail communication to honorable Executive Director.
∎ Act as one stop service point with maintaining day to day secretarial activities.
∎ Drafting different types of Professional Note, Memo, Office Order, Office Circular etc in English and Bengali is mandatory.
∎ Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of correspondence on behalf of the Honorable Executive Director with screening and prioritizing as necessary.
∎ Organize daily, weekly, and monthly schedule, including appointments, meetings, and events.
∎ Overseeing the driver, front desk, logistics, personal security and daily work schedule.
∎ Fixing appointments liaise with government/private/business organizations.
∎ Preparing meeting materials, taking notes during meetings, ensuring actions are carried out.
∎ Circulating meeting minutes and following up its progress in liaison with concerned officers.
∎ Maintaining a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
∎ Organizing and maintaining files, records, and databases.
∎ Providing personal assistance, including handling personal appointments, errands, and etc.
∎ Handling multiple tasks efficiently and effectively to ensure the smooth functioning of the office.
∎ Being flexible and adaptable to handle unexpected changes or challenges.
∎ Responsible for handling all travel arrangements (domestic and international) including hotel accommodations, airline reservations, office & site meeting venues with confirmation emails.etc
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Personal Secretary
∎ Must be well groomed (both personally and officially).
∎ Pro-active, Tech-savvy, Self-motivated, Enthusiastic and Career-oriented.
∎ Must have fluency in English & able to communicate with foreign delegates.
∎ Must be smart, sincere/trustworthy, and have a pleasant personality.
∎ Desire to have quality to work beyond general working hours under immense pressure.
∎ Possess excellent computer skills (MS Office, e-mail, Internet usage and virtual meeting platforms).
∎ Proactive, Innovative and capable to work under pressure.
∎ Strong proficiency in spoken and written English with excellent communication
∎ IELTS good score is preferable.
∎ Ability to cope with constant changes.
