∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Must have work experience in multinational company or any well reputed company.
∎ Need to be dynamic and quick thinking.
∎ Smart, well-groomed and spontaneous.
∎ Coordinate movement and airport protocol for Chairman/MD.
∎ Process Visa with embassies/Agent.
∎ Keep correspondences by mail, e-mail, over phone with all contact people according to the requirements.
∎ Capable to Work under pressure.
∎ Other responsibilities assigned by the Management
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Must be well spoken in English reading and quality report writing.
∎ Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Provide excellent customer service.
∎ Answering phones in a professional manner, and routing calls as necessary.
∎ Performing ad-hoc administrative duties.Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
∎ The ability to understand and follow company policies and procedures.
∎ Responding to certain mails, preparation of draft, office note, meeting schedule, appointment schedule etc. of Chairman/MD.
∎ Filing, record keeping, and documentation.
∎ Must have a good skill on email corresponding to local and international.
∎ Contact with related Govt. and non-Govt. offices for any official program.
∎ Maintain event/meeting calendar.
∎ Assist in maintaining all schedules, appointments & Travel arrangements of Chairman/MD.
∎ Maintain all confidential files, with particular reference.
