∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Group of Companies, Multinational Companies, Immigration & Education Consultancy Service, Trading or Export/Import, Advertising Ageny

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Organizing routine activities through secretarial and administrative support.
∎ Communication and maintaining liaison with all embassy.
∎ Drafting letter, meeting minutes, correspondence, proposals, speech etc. for Chairman both in Bangla and English as needed.
∎ Arrange internal and external meetings (including date, time, location, guest list and invitation).
∎ Remind all agenda's relating to any type of trip/visits, VIP guest arrival, meeting fixation/cancellation, document preparation/submission/delivery, mail communication & make prompt correspondence to respected Chairman.
∎ Organize and setup scheduled virtual meetings for the Chairman on different online platforms such as Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Skype etc. on a regular basis.
∎ Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls of prominent business clients and guests.
∎ Arranging travel, visa and accommodation and take notes or dictation at meetings or to provide general assistance during presentations.
∎ Willingly travel to local & foreign country with Chairman.
∎ Communicate with related Govt. & Private Agencies, higher officials and business partners within the country and abroad.
∎ Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
∎ Maintaining privacy, secrecy as well as maintain official norms and principles.
∎ Should be flexible for any other tasks assigned by the authority.
∎ Employment Status Full-time Educational Requirements

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Professional drafting ability in both Bangla and English.
∎ Excellent communication skills (Both Bengali & English).
∎ Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, browsing Internet & writing official emails.
∎ Willing to travel in any place with the Chairman both in home and abroad.
∎ Adaptability
∎ Good interpersonal skills
∎ Organizational skills
