Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintain liaison with Government and Non-Government agencies; like NBR, DOE, NSI, BIDA, BEPZA, Fire Services etc.
∎ Maintaining correspondences with Embassy, Immigration & Passport office·
∎ Arrange/ Renew passport and managing VISA of higher management and expatriates·
∎ Process work permit related documents of expatriates·
∎ Obtaining Security Clearance from Special Branch of Bangladesh Police.
∎ Responsible for processing all kinds of Domestic & International travel: like Air ticket purchase/ Hotel room reservation, etc.
∎ Any other support to the management of the company of any protocol related activities
