∎ For Business Students, Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar Certification

∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ Practical acquaintance with the Public Procurement Rules (PPR 2008) for Intellectual Service as in consultancy services will be preferred.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Checking Tender Notice, Selecting suitable opportunities, Scheduling Tender Preparation and Monitoring Progress
∎ Managing and pro-actively undertaking the Tender Preparation activities
∎ Drafting, recording and dispatching Official communications and Legal documents (Letters, Contract agreements etc.)
∎ Research and develop the Proposal templates continuously
∎ Drafting, Recording, organizing and distributing documents and reports
∎ Assist in Project Management and discharge duties as a Project Manager after a year from joining
∎ Assisting in organizing meetings, seminars, presentations
∎ Lend a hand to the Directors as a Secretary as and when needed
