∎ Ahsanullah University of Science and Technology,Rajshahi University of Engineering and Technology,Khulna University of Engineering and Technology,Chittagong University of Engineering and Technology,Dhaka University of Engineering and Technology students will get preference
∎ Training/Trade Course: Auto CAD,MS Project
∎ Skills Required: Excellent Presentation Skills

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Real state
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Serves as a primary point of contact.
∎ Identifies potential sites and conduct due diligence around sites.
∎ Prepares and maintains project underwriting, including: development budget, construction cost, operating budget and project timeline.
∎ Participates in the design team with project lead, architect, general contractor, and other key stakeholders. Reviews architectural drawings, specifications and construction cost items.
∎ Oversee construction administration activities as instructed by project lead, including: monitoring construction progress and quality, administering the development budget and coordinating contractor payments.
∎ Travels to project sites, which may necessitate overnight stays outside of the head office.
