∎ Diploma in Civil
∎ Preferred Diploma in Civil Engineering from any reputed University/ Institute
∎ Diploma can be waived if the candidate has 10 years of experience.
∎ Electro-mechanical & AutoCAD knowledge will add advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Construction Building, Operation & Maintenance, Plumber, scaffolder

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): construction project Management, Maintenance

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Supervisor is directly involved in the day-to-day on-site activities as per schedule that he will receive from his reporting supervisor
∎ Manage and monitor workers to initiate daily site work on time. Read drawing and any specification for arranging construction materials to accomplish the site operation smoothly
∎ Must be maintained safety instruction and ensure it among the construction workers
∎ To monitor and record of SubCon work
∎ Ensure to deliver the daily task on time and will maintain and update his assign tasks in the logbook
∎ Perform site cleaning and have supervision of shuttering and store materials
∎ To assist all kinds of support services to accomplish the job smoothly and effectively
∎ Keep in contact with the reporting supervisor and line manager facing any problems

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have knowledge about plumbing
∎ Must be capable to read any type of structural maps
∎ Must have good on site management ability
∎ Must be able to work hard under stress
∎ Should have supervising and evaluating quality
∎ Ability to lead a team and must be good at teamwork
