Job Responsibilities:
∎ Full understanding of construction project, Construction material, Site Measurement and other necessary element to execute a real estate/interior project from start to finish;
∎ Ability to do budget and procure materials professionally and help get the best items and deals;
∎ Negotiation with vendors;
∎ Budgeting ability according to project requirement and cost;
∎ Execute the project in agreed timeline and committed quality.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Competency to work on projects/ Time bound tasks and delivery;
∎ Ability to work independently and with others.
