Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg) in Civil Engineering, Diploma in Civil in Civil Engineering
∎ Graduate from DUET, CUET & KUET are highly preferable.
∎ Skills Required: AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, MS Project
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Civil Construction works, Civil Engineering
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Experienced in steel structure factory shed constructions.
∎ Responsible for overall construction Management and supervision of the projects.
∎ Review the project in detail to create Bar-chart, schedule deliverables, of materials & estimate costs.
∎ Co-ordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Review the work progress on a daily & weekly basis.
∎ Ensuring compliance and safety regulations
∎ Report project status and progress report & Prepare Interim/revised project schedule
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials
∎ Ensure the project quality control
∎ Estimations and BOQ preparation
∎ To be followed BNBC applicable CODE.
∎ Day to day project construction work supervision.
∎ To be skilled to test perform regarding civil construction.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Management time to time
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Ability to manage and work under pressure.
∎ Energetic, confident and proactive.
∎ Good negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skill (both written and verbal)
∎ Should be Hard working and Self motivated.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Contract will be initially valid for (2) two years. Extension depends on projects requirements subsequently.
