Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Mechanical Engineering, Bachelor of Science (BSc)
∎ Be good at Panning software especially in P3 / P6 / Project Management and PPT skills.
∎ Skills Required: Good Command Over English, Planning, Scheduling

∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Meeting Management, Planning and organizing, Project Management Coordinator, Project Planning, Work planning
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Engineering Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare Project MS (Master Schedule), and develop the Detail Execution Schedule as required;
∎ Prepares Schedule of Activities, Project Execution Plan and Staffing Plan based on Execution Strategy
∎ Organize the project meeting including daily/Weekly and monthly, record and issue Meeting Minutes;
∎ Actively participates in the management of key project materials in close collaboration with Engineering, Construction, and Procurement;
∎ Prepare and issue Weekly and Monthly report;
∎ Structure/project Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Highlight Report and Meeting Minutes etc;
∎ Collect and sort of Data and information from Engineering Designing, Procurement, Construction including RAJUK, Sub-contractor and local authority related to the project;
∎ Closely work and cooperate with site engineer, site visiting, check and analysis the discrepancy between Plan progress and actual progress;
∎ Forecast and alarm the most concern of progress/Cost bottleneck and impact;
∎ Highlight any significant deviations of the actual performance from the schedule, submit the reasons for such deviations, and methods of control on such continuing deviations,
∎ Coordinates with procurement and Engineering for drawings and equipment delivery schedule;
∎ Visit site with site engineer, confirm and witness the work BOQ completed by Sub-contractor;
∎ Coordinate closely with the Contract Engineer, Cost Engineer, material controller and all the Discipline Construction Engineer, to ensure accurate, consistent and punctual reporting of all the data required, in order to review and meet the issuance dates of reports.
∎ Performs initial and ongoing Risk and Contingency Management activities
∎ Manage Project Document Control;

∎ Age 38 to 45 years

∎ Can Organize Meeting, Draft Memo,, Weekly/ Monthly Report prepare , Good Communication Skill, etc.
