Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have working experience with any developer/construction-related company.
∎ Having knowledge & experience on newly developed company will get extra advantage.
∎ Take full responsibility of the site being the key person for the Project
∎ Total project planning (Work Schedule, Manpower, Equipment requirement etc.) before start of a new project
∎ Coordination with concern person/ department for decision collection (as follows) and time to time passing instruction to the respective SIC for execution
∎ Seeking new/ updated methodology of processing of current work.
∎ Obtain understanding of project management which includes planning, budgeting and scheduling.
∎ Preparing monthly schedules and monitoring of the schedules and preparing progress report.
∎ Arrange Coordination meeting with relevant stakeholders and authorities
∎ Receive requirements from the site for any changes during construction.
∎ Ensure timely completion of construction works as per planned schedule
∎ Identify problem areas and provide with appropriate solution for all service and engineering related issues
∎ Ensure/control quality of the construction work of the projects
∎ Review and Checking of Architectural, Structural, Sanitary, Plumbing, Water supply, Electrical etc. Design & Drawing as per design criteria.
∎ Preparation and checking of Bill of Materials, Bill of Quantities, Cost estimate as per approved Drawing & Design.
∎ Execute the construction and installation work as per the prescribed design-drawing and maintaining standard procedure
∎ Checking materials stock level & place indent for new supply
∎ Preparation (where applicable) & checking of sub-contractors and suppliers' bills
∎ Liaison & correspondence with concerned regulatory authority & customer for smooth execution of the project.
∎ Supervision, Monitoring, Management of the project in full time basis.
∎ Provide Engineering information by answering questions and requests by the Clients & the Management.
∎ Maintain Company's reputation by complying all state regulations/codes/norms.
∎ Maintains professional and technical knowhow updated always by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
∎ To identify errors, gaps and escalate as required and maintaining site safety.
∎ To control costs and wastages, track usage against estimates, maintain inventory & stocks.
∎ To ensure smooth operation of project activities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ready to work under pressure;
∎ Excellent command over English (Both oral and written);
∎ The incumbent should be dynamic and have a good personality;
∎ Good communication skill;
∎ Positive professional attitude & self-motivated;
∎ Smart in inter-personal and communication skills.
