Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in EEE,computer science or information technology
∎ MSc. or BSc. In Engineering or Technology background.
∎ Training/Trade Course: Certification in ProjectOperation Management will add advantage.
∎ Skills Required: Fluent In English, Highly experienced in software operation

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 7 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in Toll Plaza management is highly desirable.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Consulting Firms

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage ongoing project operations including planning, Execution, Monitoring and Control.
∎ Prepare and implement preventive measure based on identified operational risks.
∎ Prepare and implement corrective measure to resolve operational issues.
∎ Analyze and monitor Toll collection operation to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies.
∎ Manage cost and budget of ongoing projects to ensure financial efficiency.
∎ Conduct necessary internal and external meeting and co-ordinate the outcome of meetings.
∎ Prepare necessary report and submit to higher authority and related stakeholders.
∎ Conduct other administrative activities as assign by supervisor/higher authority.
∎ Train and mentor other employees to maintain a smooth operation.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 07-12 years of job experiences, including project/operation management experience.
∎ Experience in Toll Plaza management is highly desirable.
∎ Highly experienced in software operation.
∎ Advance skill in MS office (Word, Excel, Power point, Visio etc.).
∎ Certification in Project/Operation Management will add advantage.
∎ Experience in Risk management, Cost and Budget Management is plus.
∎ Proactive, Responsible, Negotiation, Conflict management, good Communication and Analytical skill is needed.
