Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor/ Master degree in English/ Statistics/ Economics/ Accounting/ EEE/ CSE from any reputed University with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in academic examinations. No 3rd division/ class or equivalent CGPA is acceptable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design and build the result base monitoring framework including guideline and monitoring tools
∎ Contribute to planning, monitoring & evaluation of project activities and ensure timeliness of quality data
∎ To monitor the program performance on selected indicators and based on the project expected result and outcome
∎ Collect and preserve monitoring data based on monitoring framework with proper documentation (monthly, bi-annually and annually)
∎ Proficient in written and oral communication skills both in Bangla and specially in English.
∎ Keep the M&E products updated for set indicators and collect all research including external baseline, mid-term and final evaluation for finding the project's impact
∎ Carry out monitoring data analysis and deliver quality and timely production of M&E information Products in line with field visits and requirements
∎ Support project staff and any Development partner in the process of data validation as per the monitoring plans; make field visits to verify data in sample basis
∎ Frequent field visit to monitor the field activities
∎ Developing capacity of project and partner staff and, where relevant, external stakeholders, to play an effective role in the data validation processes.

∎ Industrial / Institutional/ Project experience, minimum 5 Years. (Attached Documents).
