∎ Diploma in Architecture, Diploma in Civil, Bachelor in Engineering (BEngg)

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To supervise and execute of residential & commercial project including civil works, interior works, plumbing works, electrical works, Installation of AC, kitchen and Toilet fixture and furniture etc.
∎ Providing technical advice and solving problems on site.
∎ Preparing site reports and filling in other paperwork
∎ Prepare Materials requisition for ongoing projects accordingly.
∎ Supervising multiple projects at the same time (If required).
∎ Consulting/Communicating & other professionals (when required).
∎ Preparing and Checking of Labor & Contractor's Bill.
∎ Preparing BOQ and Proficient in AutoCAD drawings.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
