∎ Proven experience as a Project Manager role.
∎ Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
∎ Excellent leadership and team management skills.
∎ Proficient in project management software and tools.
∎ Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ LEED certification is a plus.
∎ Experience with RSC, Accord, and Nirapon audits.
∎ Familiarity with buyer requirements for Primark, Inditex, Celio, Lidle, Alde and other European and USA buyers.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Oversee and manage the entire construction project from inception to completion.
∎ Coordinate and supervise the work of Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, Fire Safety, Compliance and LEED teams.
∎ Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and building codes.
∎ Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
∎ Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
∎ Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.
∎ Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.
∎ Ensure that all project documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
∎ Implement and enforce quality control measures.
∎ Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
∎ Ensure compliance with RSC, Accord, and Nirapon audit requirements.
∎ Meet buyer requirements for Primark, Inditex, Celio, and other European and USA buyers.
∎ Maintain T&A and Submit weekly Target vs Achieves Report to P.D.
