∎ BSc. in Industrial and Production Engineering (IPE/IE) from any reputed university.
∎ Skills Required: Project Management
Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for planning of operational budget for electrical services oriented department.
∎ Monthly, yearly budget preparation for maintenance and troubleshooting.
∎ Drafting process ideas to reduce costs.
∎ To capable well known, develop & works with the silo system.
∎ Ensuring maximum utilization of man hour.
∎ Creating detailed plans for safety & Quality standard.
∎ Analyzing data to develop departmental cost optimization.
∎ Risk assessments & skill development.
∎ Monitoring & implementing upgraded process.
∎ Ensuring maximum utilization of resources.
∎ Any other tasks assigned by higher management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Preference will be given to candidates with below training/courses:
∎ Lean Six Sigma Course.
∎ 5S Training
∎ Talent Management & Succession Planning.
∎ KPI Master Class.
∎ Leadership training In Managerial Communication (LCMC).
∎ Project Management Professional (PMP).
∎ Can work under pressure.
∎ Good communication skills with a pleasant personality.
