Job Responsibilities:
∎ Determine and define scope of work and deliverables
∎ Planning the work to be done, getting the necessary personnel,and assigning the right duties to the right people
∎ Coordinating tasks by different people on different sites to ensure uniformity upon project completion
∎ Predict resources needed to complete project
∎ Obtain necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites
∎ Draft and submit budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
∎ Manage costs in order to meet budget·Provide direction over contracts and subcontracts
∎ Manage construction schedule and activities
∎ Issue progress updates as needed regarding costs and timelines
∎ Ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes
∎ Select and manage subcontractor and supplier relationships
∎ Coordinate efforts across entire project between architects, designers, engineers, and subcontractors

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Bachelor's degree in Building Construction, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or Architecture
∎ ·More than 20 years of experience in project management within the construction
∎ ·Comfortable reading and understanding blueprints and drawings
∎ ·Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
∎ ·Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles
∎ ·Ability to budget, schedule, negotiate, and control costs
∎ ·High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms, and conditions

Salary: Tk. 150000 - 200000 (Monthly)

TOA CORPORATION, Bangladesh Office is currently undertaking 03 (Three) projects,

(i) The project called “Procurement of Land Development Works for Bangladesh Special Economic Zone Development under Foreign Direct Investment Promotion Project”. The branch was appointed by Bangladesh Economic Zones Authority (BEZA) to develop land in Narayanganj’s Araihazar to set up a dedicated industrial park for Japanese investors. The project is jointly financed by the Government of Bangladesh and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).

(ii) The project called “Construction and control service of BHL factory expansion project referred as (Step-2)". The branch was appointed by Bangladesh Honda Private Limited (BHL) to implement the project.

(iii) The project called “Construction of RCC Boundary Wall at Japanese Economic Zone at Araihazar, Narayanganj, Bangladesh”. The branch was appointed by Singer Bangladesh Limited to implement the project.
