∎ First degree in Graduate Mechanical Engineer /Engineering graduate

∎ 5 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
LPG Cylinder Manufacturing, Project Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage operation & maintenance personnel with high sense of discipline and maintain good work culture to make the business profitable.
∎ Conduct and check surveys to monitor progress
∎ Assisting to develop yearly business budget and working daily to achieve it.
∎ Manage the maintenance team and oversee troubleshoot both mechanical & electrical breakdown.
∎ Maintain systematic individual all records for the machines.
∎ Should be able to work under pressure and deliver results in quick time
∎ Handling production completely along with taking care of commercial aspects of cost control etc.
∎ Preventive maintenance with negligible break down of machinery.
∎ Maximize the efficiency of whole business system through constant liaison &communication with respective Dept. Heads.
∎ Handle permanent and contractual labor
∎ Experienced person in the field of LPG Cylinder production & qualities etc.
∎ Should have made similar position in the field of LPG Cylinder Manufacturing.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 34 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ More than 5 years in a senior Managerial Position in a Cylinder Manufacturing field.
∎ Leadership and negotiation skills
∎ Proactive and positive working attitude
∎ Fluent in English and computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
∎ Strong Business Development in Cylinder Manufacturing.
∎ Have good communication managing, organizing, negotiation, Creative thinking and problem solving skill.
∎ Strong business sense
∎ Project Management Professional (PMP) is must.
