Job Context:
∎ CEEL (Civil and Electrical Engineering Limited) is a specialized in Sub Station/ Transmission Line Substation based organization which serves public and private projects throughout the country.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Sub Station industry with proven work experience as Project Engineer Specialist in same field would be shortlist for an interview. (Job Location: Norshingdi)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning, monitoring, and supervising projects in a cost-effective way.
∎ Ensuring timely completion of the projects with available resources & manpower while leading the whole team (staff management) by providing necessary directives.
∎ Coordination with the supply chain department to ensure timely supply of materials.
∎ Managing site supervisor and labor.
∎ Communicate with the representative of client assigned in site.
∎ Co-ordinate with direct construction workers and subcontractors.
∎ Responsible for overall construction Management and supervision of the projects.
∎ Review the work progress on a daily & weekly basis. Checking and receiving materials in site with Challan and keep records.
∎ Time to time follow up for material requisition, material receiving & material QC.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to work with minimal supervision.
∎ Ability to travel when required.
∎ Must be proactive, smart, self-motivated
