BOQ Preparation, Monitoring and Supervision, Project Planning, site supervision
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop, plan and implement department goals and objectives; recommend and administer policies and procedures.
∎ Direct, oversee and participate in the development of the Engineering Department's work plan; assign work activities, projects and programs; monitor work flow; review and evaluate work products, methods and procedures.
∎ Coordinate the activities and communication of the department with other departments, outside agencies.
∎ Supervise Construction work in progress of assigned Project an ensure execution of construction master plan.
∎ Co-operate Manager to establish schedules and methods for the construction of company projects.
∎ Recommend improvements and modifications.
∎ Review construction plans prepared by private engineers or oversee preparation of construction plans by staff.
∎ Supervising & executing construction of building project including pile, basement, super structure, sanitary & plumbing, electrical and total finishing works of the building as per architectural and structural design.
∎ Having practical worked knowledge on paperwork, procurement, site management, labor management, materials and construction.
∎ Should be familiar with Project Management and Operation, Maintenance of Construction Site and Designing.
∎ Inspecting and reviewing projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations.
∎ Complying building regulations, standards and by-laws enforced by Building Regulatory Acts.
∎ Responsible to handover the project to its clients on time.
∎ Planning, organizing and supervising development and expansion projects including structural, architectural and MEP drawing, design, BOQ preparation, tendering and equipment installation & commissioning.
∎ Security Management, liaison with various government agencies to get the necessary certificates.
∎ Prepared SOP, Charter of duty and Policy for smooth operation of all projects.
∎ Supervise construction works at regular intervals to ensure timely completion with proper quality, standard, and consistent working drawings.
∎ Provide safety guidelines to all the workers, and contractors; supervise the staff of the projects; and take proper measures to ensure safety.
∎ Prepare tender and costing with rate analysis
∎ Perform any other related jobs assigned by the management as and when required.
